Printed/CD kits are sent out on Fridays only, since it is my day off, from my "real" job. They are shipped via registered air mail with a tracking number. and it usually takes 10-20 days to arrive at their destination. There is a $6.00 additional fee for kits on a CD, to cover the shipping & handling. The shipping & handling of the printed kits, are already included in their prices. |

Downloadable kits are in PDF format, stored in a zip/rar file. In most cases, the download links for these kits are e-mailed to the customer within 12 hours or less, but since I am offline during weekends and local holidays, sometimes it might take 2-3 days until I send the download links. Also, please check your deleted/spam folder. Sometimes the e-mail with the download link goes there. |
